  • Do I need an appointment?

    No appointment is usually required. You may bring your vacuum cleaner or cleaning machine to our store during regular business hours — Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm.

  • How much does a repair cost?

    Repair prices depend on the problem, parts, and type of machine. We will inspect the machine and explain the repair options before starting any paid work.

  • Do you repair commercial vacuum cleaners?

    Yes. We repair many types of commercial vacuums, carpet extractors, backpack vacuums, and floor-cleaning equipment for cleaning companies, apartment buildings, offices, hotels, restaurants, schools, churches, and property managers.

  • Do you sell vacuum cleaner parts?

    Yes. We carry many common parts in-store — belts, bags, filters, brush rolls, motors, hoses, and more — and also sell discontinued and hard-to-find parts through our MrVakUSA eBay store.

  • Do you repair Bissell vacuum cleaners?

    Yes, we repair Bissell machines. However, we are not a Bissell factory-authorized warranty service center. Our factory-authorized brands are Hoover, Rug Doctor, Kirby, and Nilfisk Advance.

  • What information should I provide when looking for a part?

    Please provide the brand, complete model number, and part number when available. Photos of the machine and the old part may also help us identify the correct replacement.

  • Do you offer a repair warranty?

    Yes. We provide a 30-day warranty on completed repairs. Please test your equipment promptly after pickup. If the same repaired problem occurs within 30 days, bring the machine back for inspection.

  • What areas do you serve?

    Milwaukee, Glendale, Whitefish Bay, Shorewood, the East Side, Fox Point, Bayside, and Mequon. We're located at 3624 W. Silver Spring Drive, 6 minutes west of Bayshore.
